<b>Individual Profiling</b><br><br>Outsmart Marketing profiles each confirmed conference/exhibition participant <br>before the start of the exhibition.<br><br>We collect current business profiles and the targets of companies they want to <br>meet at the event.
<b>Intelligent Matchmaking</b><br><br>Once we have profiled all participants, we run intelligent matchmaking reports <br>per participant-identifying which companies should meet at the event.<br><br>Each participant can view their own report through their private online diary <br>system (password protected) or Outsmart Marketing manages their diary on their behalf. <b>Pre-Scheduling Meetings</b><br><br>Via individual matchmaking reports, each partici-pant can select <br>who they want to meet and send a specific meeting request with <br>a reason for the meeting. <br><br>Matching time and availability of the invitee, the exact date, time <br>and meeting location is communicated in the online diary. The invitee <br>accepts/declines the meeting and this is updated in both diaries <br>immediately.<br><br>Manual scheduling is possible through the matchmaking team who <br>proactively manages the meeting targets and meeting responses.
<b>Central meeting venue</b><br><br>Before the event, all participants receive their calendars of confirmed meetings.<br><br>All confirmed meetings take place on the exhibitor stands or within private meeting <br>rooms within the Business Matchmaking Lounge.<br><br>Outsmart Marketing manages the program onsite, confirming all meetings and <br>managing last minute meeting requests. <b>Post Show</b><br><br>After the exhibition, we supply a report of meetings that took <br>place and comments from the participants on the program. <b>Register</b><br><br>In order to register for our services, please click and complete the form.
